Ian Hudghton (Greens/EFA) ‒ The Commission's proposal to allow baby foods to contain sugar far in excess of WHO guidelines was simply ludicrous. The EU is facing an obesity crisis which brings with it massive problems for individuals and public health services. I fully support this House's objection to the delegated act and congratulate my colleague Mr Taylor in steering this through parliament.
