Ian Hudghton (Greens/EFA) - I voted in favour of this report which deals with important issues.  Whilst much of the report is aimed at situations taking place outwith the EU, it is equally important that we remember events which take place within our borders. There is evidence that a number of Scottish airports have been used by the CIA for rendition flights, contrary to the common law of Scotland. This abuse by UK powers is wholly unacceptable.
