Ian Hudghton (Greens/EFA), − I voted in favour of mandatory EU targets for 2030. Scotland has some of the most ambitious climate change legislation in the world but tackling climate change is clearly something that cannot be dealt with on a purely national basis. EU targets are appropriate and necessary and I know that Scotland will play a full role in achieving them.
